White and pink fluffy hat and scarf
This is the first of several projects made in the spring of 2008 that I photographed and even made draft posts for, but somehow never got around to actually publishing here on Stitch Mage.
Directions (sorta):
Hat: size 10 needles. Cast on 70. I used white boucle yarn and some very hairy pink fur yarn. I just went round and round with both yarns until it looked ready to stop rolling, then dropped the pink. Started decreasing every 10 stitches about six inches up.
The scarf was easy and fast thanks to those huge Lyra’s Hood needles
Scarf: size 20 needles, cast on 8. Knit every row (garter stitch) until long enough.
